I have the opportunity after years in the mental health field to dedicate more time to doing what I love to do most — help people discover insights and tools for psychological well-being. I've been fortunate to witness transformations in the lives of those I've had the privilege to assist with a treatment strategy that combines three distinct pathways to psychological wellness.

Starting with traditional psychodynamic techniques, we first understand the "what" and "why" of your experiences. Feeling validated serves as a foundation for healing.

Trauma-informed, somatic-centered practices such as Somatic Experiencing (SE) and EMDR form a second facet. Our bodies hold onto memories, learnings, and emotions long after they cease to serve us. These practices facilitate the release of outdated burdens, beliefs and emotions unveiling resilience and creating space for profound growth and change.

Finally, Buddhism has long promised liberation from self-inflicted suffering. By integrating these teachings and practices with modern psychological and physiological understanding, your mind can become your greatest ally in the pursuit of well-being.
